At Âme Vie, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws and fulfillment protocols.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  
  

• The product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, with the original safety seal intact.
  
  

• The product must be shipped back to our fulfillment center with a valid tracking number.
  
  

Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund unless defective

Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our fulfillment center:

• If deemed resalable, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  
  

• If the product is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
  
  

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, at no additional cost to you.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is marked as “fulfilled” and tracking information is generated, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has already shipped, you may follow the return process upon receipt.

6. Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept unsolicited returns or items returned without prior communication. Such packages will not be processed for refund.

7. Subscription Products (if applicable)

If your purchase is part of a subscription plan, you may cancel future renewals at any time by accessing your account or contacting customer support. Refunds for already processed subscription charges follow the same return policy above.
